It began with
Rich, founder of CornerStone Realtors. Starting out in 1992 at Cornish & Carey, Rich has continued to provide exceptional service to his real estate clients for the last 20 years.

Seven years ago Rich created CornerStone Realtors. He wanted to build a business model that would allow him to add more value to his premier services for home buyers and sellers.   

Laurie joined him a few years ago and has been assisting with preparing homes to go on the market.  She also has been coordinating with our decorator/stager and photographer.  She creates beautiful virtual tours & brochures.  She helps with marketing and other administrative work, including our website.  Working as a team assures quick response times and a smoother transaction.  Laurie is now licensed in real estate which gives even more availability and flexibility.

Scott, Rich's brother is also a licensed realtor.  He assists us with managing our client's investment properties and computer tech support.  

We use the most advanced technology. We deliver personalized services and marketing uniquely tailored to NET our clients the maximum financial advantage possible.  We are experienced, responsive to client needs, and leaders in innovation.  Our business model allows us to provide superior real estate services, for a fair commission.  We have built our clientele primarily on referralls from happy clients.

We are usually out and about helping our clients, or working from home.  However we do have an office located next to Bank of America at the corner of Almaden Expressway and Camden Avenue.  Because we do a lot of referral business, we do have access to other meeting rooms in other locations for your convenience.
